Can people still see my BNB balance?+

Your deposit from a public wallet is a visible event. After that, your BNB sits among everyone else’s in the shared Reserve, and what you do from your private Spending account has no visible link to the wallet you came from.

Do I need a new wallet or a seed phrase for private BNB?+

No. You connect the wallet you already have and sign one message. Your private account is derived from that signature, and an encrypted backup makes it independent of the wallet.
