Privacy Notice
Last updated October 4, 2026
A site about privacy should not collect what it does not need. This notice explains what happens when you visit redacted.gg (the "Site"), which is maintained by contributors to the Redacted open-source software (the "Contributors", "we"). It covers this Site only.
1. No accounts, no tracking
The Site has no accounts, no sign-up, no forms, no newsletter and no wallet connection. It sets no cookies and uses no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts. Fonts, images and animations are served from the Site itself, so loading a page does not contact other services, and pages send no referrer when you follow a link elsewhere.
2. Server logs and hosting
When you request a page, the hosting provider that delivers the Site necessarily processes technical data: your IP address, the date and time, the page requested, the referring page if your browser sends one, and your browser and device type. This happens to deliver the Site and to keep it secure and running, which is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR where that law applies.
The Site is currently hosted by Vercel Inc., which may process this data on servers outside your country, including in the United States, under the safeguards it offers, such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. The data is not used to identify you, is not combined with other data, is not sold and is not shared except where required by law. It is kept only for the hosting provider’s short, standard retention period for operational logs and then deleted.
3. Local storage
The Site does not store personal data in your browser. Your browser may cache files of the Site to load faster, which you can clear at any time.
4. Other services are separate
When you follow a link to another site, such as an app interface, the documentation, Ozone, Rujira or a social channel, that site’s own privacy practices apply.
Nodes, relayers, RPC providers and other infrastructure that interact with the Redacted software are operated independently and keep their own data under their own rules. Information written to a public blockchain cannot be changed or deleted by anyone.
5. Children
The Site is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly process data about children.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with your data protection supervisory authority. Because the Site does not collect personal data beyond short-lived server logs, there is usually nothing to retrieve. Questions can be raised in the public community channels listed on the Site.
7. Changes
This notice may be updated. The date above shows the latest version.
